barbra streisand in kenya for the filming of up the sandbox, 1971 photo by steve schapiro the look on the kenyan woman’s face is what is referred to as a “side eye”. usually the caption that goes with a side eye is “…..what …in the…. hot hell?” i actually think barbra looks pretty fly in this shot though. but maybe she said or did something really ignorant right before the photo was taken. we may never know.
